FPTP Is No Longer Working

When answering a question on whether or not their should be electoral reform at Westminster, it would be helpful to show that FPTP is becoming increasingly unfit for purpose and that the arguments against the system now outweigh those in favour (this would also be a good point to make in a conclusion of an essay arguing the pros and cons of FPTP). To make the case here are two excellent reports one from the Think Tank the IPPR.


And the other from the pressure group Democratic Audit


Both are packed full of really interesting and useful statistics and facts.
